Applications are reviewed in the order we receive them and their completeness. All properties are smoke-free, including garages and sheds.
Move-in must be within 2 weeks of approval; move-ins within 5 days incur a $250 Rapid Move-In Fee and are granted based on our staffing availability.
Application fees are non-refundable once it is in process.
Approved applicants pay a $150 onboarding fee and $40/month Resident Benefits Package, 24hrs after they are approved, (insurance, credit reporting, ID protection, rewards, pest control).
Complete Application Requires:
Signed application for each occupant 18+, with employer and landlord contacts.
Valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID.
Social Security number or Green Card (TINs/work-only SSNs not accepted). Social Security cards may be required.
Income verification:
Employed: last 2 pay stubs + proof of employment
Self-employed: most recent tax return, last 2 months business bank statements
Retired/unemployed: documentation of income (Social Security, pensions, annuities) or bank/investment statements showing at least 3× total lease rent.
At least 3 years of rental history. If you owned your own home, nothing needs to be provided.
